Viylon yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri yetişkinler içindir. Doğru bilgi vermeli, başkası adına hesap açmamalı ve yasalarca engelliyseniz hizmeti kullanmamalısınız.
Taciz, tehdit, takip, nefret söylemi, cinsel sömürü, çocukların istismarı, kimliğe bürünme, dolandırıcılık, spam, yasa dışı ürünler, rıza dışı mahrem içerik ve kullanıcıları para göndermeye yönlendirmek yasaktır.
Canlı yayında izleyiciler el kaldırarak katılmak isteyebilir; yayına kimin alınacağına oda sahibi karar verir ve en fazla 4 kişi aynı anda yayında olabilir. Yayınları ve görüşmeleri diğer kişilerin izni olmadan kaydetmek, ekran görüntüsünü paylaşmak veya çıplaklık, şiddet ve yasa dışı içerik yayınlamak yasaktır. Oda sahipleri kişileri sessize alabilir, odadan çıkarabilir veya yasaklayabilir.
Paylaştığınız fotoğraf, video, hikâye, mesaj ve yayınlardan siz sorumlusunuz; bunları paylaşma hakkına sahip olmalı ve başkalarının mahremiyetine saygı göstermelisiniz. Viylon'a, içeriğinizi hizmeti sunmak için gösterme ve saklama izni verirsiniz.
Influencer paketi Google Play veya App Store üzerinden abonelikle alınır. Influencerlar takipçilerine coin karşılığı aylık abonelik sunabilir; her abonelik ücretinin %60'ı coin olarak influencer hesabına geçer, kalanı Viylon payıdır. Coin kazançlarının paraya çevrilmesi henüz kullanılamaz; açıldığında koşulları ayrıca duyurulur. Abonelere özel içerikler de topluluk kurallarına tabidir.
Premium ve coinler uygulama içi satın alımdır ve ilgili mağazanın faturalandırma, yenileme, iptal ve iade kurallarına tabidir. Abonelikler siz iptal edene kadar otomatik yenilenir. Coin ve hediyeler sanal öğelerdir; nakit değeri yoktur, başka hesaba aktarılamaz ve yasaların veya mağazanın zorunlu kıldığı durumlar dışında iade edilmez.
Oyunlarda hile, otomatik araç kullanmak veya bağlantıyı kötüye kullanmak yasaktır. Anket cevaplarınız yalnızca toplu olarak puanlamada kullanılır.
Viylon bu koşulları ihlal eden içerik ve hesapları inceleyebilir, kısıtlayabilir, kaldırabilir ve gerektiğinde yetkili mercilere bildirebilir. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar'dan silebilirsiniz.
Hizmet olduğu gibi sunulur; kullanıcılar arasındaki buluşma ve iletişimlerden kullanıcılar sorumludur. Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir; tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz zorunlu haklar saklıdır.

Viylon is for adults 18 and older only. You must give accurate information, must not create accounts for others and must not use the service if the law prohibits you.
Harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech, sexual exploitation, child abuse, impersonation, scams, spam, illegal goods, non-consensual intimate content and pushing users to send money are prohibited.
In live streams viewers can raise their hand to join; the host decides who goes on stage, and at most 4 people can be on stage at once. Recording streams or calls, sharing screenshots without consent, or broadcasting nudity, violence or illegal content is prohibited. Hosts can mute, remove or ban people.
You are responsible for the photos, videos, stories, messages and streams you share; you must have the right to share them and respect others' privacy. You give Viylon permission to display and store your content to provide the service.
The influencer package is a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Influencers can offer followers a monthly subscription paid in coins; 60% of each subscription is credited to the influencer as coins and the rest is Viylon's share. Converting coin earnings into money is not available yet; its terms will be announced when it opens. Subscriber-only content also follows the community rules.
Premium and coins are in-app purchases subject to the billing, renewal, cancellation and refund rules of the relevant store. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Coins and gifts are virtual items; they have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and are not refundable except where required by law or the store.
Cheating, using automated tools or abusing connections in games is prohibited. Your survey answers are only used in aggregate for scoring.
Viylon may review, restrict, remove and, where necessary, report content and accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
The service is provided as is; users are responsible for their meetings and communications with each other. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
