Viylon uygulamasını ve viylon.com hizmetlerini işleten yayıncı, bu politikada anlatılan kişisel verilerin veri sorumlusudur. Gizlilik talepleri, hesap silme ve diğer sorular için support@viylon.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.
Hesap bilgileri (ad, e-posta, telefon, şifre özeti, doğum tarihi); profil bilgileri (cinsiyet, biyografi, meslek, eğitim, şehir, ilgi alanları, ilişki beklentisi, fotoğraflar); kullanım verileri (beğeni, geçme, süper beğeni, eşleşme, mesaj, rapor, engel, bildirim tercihleri); canlı oda katılımı, oda sohbetleri, gönderilen ve alınan hediyeler; influencer programında paylaşılan gönderi, video ve hikâyeler ile takip ve abonelikler; oyun hamleleri, skorlar ve anket cevapları; satın alma ve coin hareketleri; destek talepleri; cihaz ve teknik bilgiler (bildirim belirteci, uygulama sürümü, IP adresi ve güvenlik kayıtları).
Keşfette yakınınızdaki kişileri göstermek için yaklaşık konumunuzu kullanırız; kesin konumunuz diğer kullanıcılara gösterilmez. Etkinlik oluştururken cihaz konumunu kullanmayı seçerseniz yalnızca yeri bulmak için kullanılır. Yer araması için yazdığınız metin, adres bulmak amacıyla OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) hizmetine iletilir. Konum izni isteğe bağlıdır ve cihaz ayarlarından kapatılabilir.
Kamera ve mikrofon yalnızca siz kullandığınızda açılır: profil fotoğrafı, görüntülü/sesli arama, canlı yayında sahneye çıkma ve sesli odalar. Görüşmeler ve canlı yayınlar gerçek zamanlı iletilir; Viylon bunları kaydetmez. Bağlantı kurulamadığında görüntü ve ses, şifreli bir aktarım sunucumuz üzerinden iletilebilir. Fotoğraf ve videolar yalnızca seçtiğiniz dosyalardan yüklenir. Oyunlarda soruların sesli okunması cihazınızın kendi metin okuma özelliğiyle yapılır.
Premium, influencer paketi ve coin satın alımları Google Play veya Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır ve abonelik durumu RevenueCat aracılığıyla doğrulanır; kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz, yalnızca ürün, işlem kimliği ve durum bilgisini saklarız. Ödüllü reklamlar Google AdMob ile gösterilir; AdMob reklam kimliği ve cihaz bilgisi gibi verileri Google'ın politikalarına göre işleyebilir. Reklam izninizi uygulamadaki gizlilik seçeneklerinden yönetebilirsiniz.
Verileri hizmeti sunmak (hesap, keşif, eşleşme, mesajlaşma, canlı odalar, oyunlar, influencer programı, satın alımlar), yetişkinliği doğrulamak, güvenliği sağlamak, dolandırıcılık ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek, raporları incelemek, destek vermek ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için işleriz. Hukuki sebepler: sözleşmenin ifası, meşru menfaat, yasal yükümlülük ve gerektiğinde açık rıza (ör. konum ve kişiselleştirilmiş reklam).
Profilinizde paylaştığınız bilgiler diğer kullanıcılara gösterilir; influencer içeriklerinizden abonelere özel olanlar yalnızca abonelerinize açılır. Barındırma, e-posta, bildirim (Firebase Cloud Messaging), ödeme (Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat), reklam (Google AdMob) ve harita araması (OpenStreetMap) sağlayıcıları, yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için gereken verileri Viylon adına işler. Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları Türkiye dışında olabilir; aktarım yalnızca bu amaçlarla ve gerekli güvencelerle yapılır. Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız. Yasal bir talep olduğunda yetkili mercilerle paylaşabiliriz.
Hesap verileri hesabınız açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde profiliniz gizlenir ve anonimleştirilir; fotoğraf, hikâye, gönderi ve bildirim belirteçleri silinir. Ödeme kayıtları, raporlar, engeller ve güvenlik kayıtları; uyuşmazlık, dolandırıcılığı önleme, vergi ve yasal yükümlülükler için gereken süre boyunca saklanabilir. Oyun anketi cevapları yalnızca toplu sayımlarda kullanılır.
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve uygulanabilir diğer mevzuat kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, itiraz etme, taşınabilirlik ve rızanızı geri çekme haklarına sahipsiniz. Hesabınızı Ayarlar > Hesabı sil bölümünden silebilir, diğer talepleriniz için support@viylon.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
Viylon yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri içindir. Reşit olmadığı anlaşılan hesaplar kapatılır ve verileri silinir.
Veriler şifreli bağlantılar üzerinden iletilir, şifreler özetlenerek saklanır ve erişim yalnızca yetkili kişilerle sınırlıdır. Hiçbir sistem tamamen risksiz değildir; bir güvenlik ihlali olursa yasaların öngördüğü şekilde bildirim yaparız.
Bu politikayı ürün veya mevzuat değiştikçe güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinden duyururuz.
How Viylon collects, uses and protects personal data. · Last updated: October 18, 2026
The publisher operating the Viylon app and viylon.com services is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For privacy requests, account deletion and other questions, write to support@viylon.com.
Account data (name, email, phone, password hash, birth date); profile data (gender, bio, job, education, city, interests, relationship goal, photos); usage data (likes, passes, super likes, matches, messages, reports, blocks, notification preferences); live room participation, room chats, gifts sent and received; posts, videos and stories shared in the influencer program, follows and subscriptions; game moves, scores and survey answers; purchase and coin history; support requests; device and technical data (push token, app version, IP address and security logs).
We use your approximate location to show people near you in Discover; your exact location is never shown to other users. If you choose to use your device location when creating an event, it is only used to find the place. Text you type in place search is sent to OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) to find the address. Location permission is optional and can be turned off in device settings.
Camera and microphone are only turned on when you use them: profile photos, video/voice calls, going on stage in a live stream, and voice rooms. Calls and live streams are transmitted in real time; Viylon does not record them. When a direct connection is not possible, audio and video may be relayed through our encrypted relay server. Photos and videos are uploaded only from files you choose. Questions read aloud in games use your device's own text-to-speech.
Premium, the influencer package and coin purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and subscription status is verified through RevenueCat; we never see your card details and only store the product, transaction id and status. Rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob, which may process data such as the advertising ID and device information under Google's policies. You can manage ad consent in the app's privacy options.
We process data to provide the service (account, discovery, matching, messaging, live rooms, games, the influencer program, purchases), verify adulthood, keep users safe, prevent fraud and abuse, review reports, provide support and meet legal obligations. Legal bases: performance of contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation and, where required, consent (e.g. location and personalised ads).
What you share on your profile is shown to other users; subscriber-only influencer content is shown only to your subscribers. Hosting, email, notification (Firebase Cloud Messaging), payment (Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat), advertising (Google AdMob) and map search (OpenStreetMap) providers process only the data needed to run the service on Viylon's behalf. Their servers may be outside Turkey; transfers are made only for these purposes and with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data. We may share data with authorities when legally required.
Account data is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account your profile is hidden and anonymised; photos, stories, posts and push tokens are deleted. Payment records, reports, blocks and security logs may be kept as long as needed for disputes, fraud prevention, tax and legal obligations. Game survey answers are used only in aggregate counts.
Under Article 11 of Turkey's KVKK, the GDPR and other applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, port your data and withdraw consent. You can delete your account in Settings > Delete account and send other requests to support@viylon.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Viylon is only for people aged 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed and their data deleted.
Data is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are stored hashed and access is limited to authorised people. No system is completely risk-free; if a breach happens we will notify as required by law.
We may update this policy as the product or the law changes. We announce important changes in the app.
